The Green Spaces Service (SEVE) manages and develops the green areas of the City of Geneva sustainably, in the interest of the public. To strengthen the team of the Green Spaces Maintenance Unit (UEV), SEVE is looking for a Project Manager UEV at 80%. Your mission and responsibilities:- Plan, design, and lead projects of the Green Spaces Maintenance Unit (UEV) through environmentally respectful management.- Ensure the implementation of the project (needs, technical studies, constraints, solutions, costs, and its monitoring).- Develop public contracts, specifications, calls for tenders, and submissions in accordance with the activities and functioning of the unit.- Evaluate offers and propose recommendations.- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of construction sites.- Assist the deputy director, responsible for the unit, in projects related to the management of green spaces (implementation of ecological management, biodiversity, floral enhancement, etc.).- Develop, draft, and monitor maintenance agreements, loans for use, and contracts with third parties.- Produce maps from geographical data.- Ensure monitoring of different areas on a hierarchical profile.- Hold a landscape architecture degree or an equivalent qualification.- Manage projects involving a multidisciplinary approach.- Master technical drawing tools.- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and priorities.- Exhibit rigor and attention to detail.As part of its policy of equality between women and men, the City of Geneva aims to promote gender diversity in all its services.
