Job Name: Senior FPGA Design Engineer
You will be part of a highly skilled engineering team delivering end-to-end FPGA solutions from specification to prototype and production.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop FPGA-based systems using VHDL/Verilog
* Implement and optimize RTL for performance, power, and area
* Work on FPGA platforms (Xilinx)
* Develop and integrate IP cores, interfaces, and high-speed communication protocols
* Perform simulation, verification, and debugging of FPGA designsCollaborate with hardware, embedded software, and system teams
* Support system architecture definition and partitioning between FPGA and software
* Participate in prototype bring-up and validation
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong experience in FPGA design (VHDL preferred, Verilog also acceptable)
* Hands‑on experience with FPGA tools (Vivado, Quartus, Libero, etc.)
* Experience with SoC-based FPGA platforms (Zynq, MPSoC, etc.)
* Good understanding of:
o Digital design fundamentals
o Timing analysis and closure
o High-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, etc.)
* Experience in simulation tools (ModelSim, Questa, etc.)
* Familiarity with embedded systems and software integration is a plus
Nice to Have
* Experience in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) applications
* Exposure to FPGA-based system architecture design
* Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink for algorithm modeling
* Experience in IP core development or reuse
* Understanding of hardware-software co-design
