Senior Financial Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Financial Leader to drive our financial operations forward. As the lead of our finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, leading key initiatives, and driving sustainable growth through effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Planning & Leadership
2. Develop and implement our company's financial strategy to support business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
3. Provide expert financial guidance and advice to senior leadership, contributing to key decision-making processes.
4. Lead and mentor the finance department, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5. Financial Strategy & Analysis
6. Oversee the development of comprehensive financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
7. Analyze financial results, identifying key trends, variances, and areas for improvement to optimize financial performance.
8. Provide detailed financial modeling, scenario planning, and decision support to the executive team.
9. Financial Reporting & Compliance
10. Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
11. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP), and internal policies.
12. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Treasury Management & Risk Oversight
* Oversee treasury operations, including cash management, working capital optimization, and financing strategies.
* Manage liquidity and cash flow to ensure our company's financial stability and ability to meet operational needs.
* Develop strategies for managing debt, equity, and financing arrangements.
o Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
o Serve as the primary point of contact for financial stakeholders, including investors, banks, and analysts.
o Communicate financial performance, strategy, and key financial initiatives to the Board of Directors, investors, and other external parties.
o Foster positive relationships with external financial partners, ensuring our company is positioned favorably in financial markets.
+ Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
+ Lead and manage mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including due diligence, valuation, and integration efforts.
+ Evaluate and assess the financial implications of potential M&A opportunities to ensure alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial management roles, including experience overseeing investments, accounting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
