Within our small, dynamic team of about 15 employees, you will have the opportunity to really make a difference. /li liTechnical challenges: help realize seemingly impossible ideas and develop innovative, automated solutions for theater and show elements. /li liInspiring work environment: enjoy a flat organizational structure where you work closely with different disciplines and learn from experienced professionals in the field. /li liPersonal development: continue to develop yourself through training and practical experience while working on groundbreaking projects in a unique industry. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and develop the electrical engineering department with a team of three electrical engineers. /li liLead the construction of switchgear cabinets and execution of electrical and automation projects. /li liEnsure efficient cooperation with software and mechanical departments and maintain project schedules. /li liPrepare work plans, procure components, and maintain inventory management. /li liOptimize processes within the department and contribute to the growth and stability of the team. /li liApply knowledge of variable speed drives (especially Lenze 9400) and control with Sigmatek to project solutions. /li liPromote continuous improvement and support knowledge sharing across the department. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCollege degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. /li liSeveral years of experience in a leadership role within electrical engineering. /li liKnowledge of variable speed drives (preferably Lenze 9400) and control systems such as Sigmatek is an advantage. /li liStructured working style with experience using ERP systems. /li liStrong communication skills in Dutch and English. /li liA hands‑on mentality and a valid driving license B(E) are a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
