Chef de Cuisine M/FDescription by our client, a major player located in one of the largest establishments in the Rhône plain, we are looking for its future: Chef de Cuisine (M/F) for a responsible position.Job DescriptionAs Chef de Cuisine, you are responsible for organizing and planning the activities of the entire culinary department according to the requirements. You ensure the management of stocks, orders, and delivery logistics while anticipating the needs of the teams and supervise the kitchen teams by establishing schedules, leading briefings, and ensuring a positive and professional dynamic within the kitchen. You strictly adhere to hygiene standards (HACCP), workplace safety, and ensure the proper handling of food. You are also responsible for daily monitoring: cost control, weekly reporting, and profitability analysis. You ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of storage spaces and the kitchen.
