For our Geneva Flagship we are looking for a passionate and motivated Boutique Manager with significant experience.
About the Role
As Boutique Manager, you are much more than just a store manager - you are the driver of its commercial success. Beyond ensuring daily operations and leading a team of 7 employees, your mission is to actively expand the boutique’s clientele, maximize sales opportunities, and strengthen the boutique’s presence in the Geneva luxury market. You will build and nurture a loyal clientele while developing strategies to attract new customers and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute an ambitious business plan focused on client experience and revenue growth.
* Identify new business opportunities through client acquisition, local partnerships, and private events.
* Build lasting and trusting relationships with our customers, anticapting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
* Lead clienteling strategies, ensuring proactive outreach, personalized services, and exclusive experiences.
* Leverage CRM tools to monitor client behavior, anticipate needs, and encourage repeat purchases.
* Actively represents the boutique at community, cultural, and luxury networking events to expand visibility.
Client Experience & Service Excellence
* Cultivate a culture of client-centricity within the team and guarantee an exceptional service
* Lead after-sales care and personalized follow-up to increase retention.
* Ensure that every interaction is an opportunity to create a strong emotional connection with our Maison
Team Leadership & Performance
* Inspire, train, and mentor the team to achieve sales and client development targets.
* Motivate the team through goal setting, coaching, and performance recognition.
Operations & Brand Standards
* Oversee stock management, reporting, and financial KPIs with a business-owner mindset.
* Ensure the boutique consistently reflects the Maison’s luxury standards in image and experience.
* Safeguard assets through strict compliance with Maison’s policies and procedures.
Your Profile
* Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in the luxury retail, with strong experience in business development and sales leadership.
* Proven success in client acquisition and building high-value relationships.
* Strong knowledge of the luxury market and competitive landscape.
* Commercially minded with strong analytical skills (sales KPIs, CRM, client segmentation).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
* Fluency in French and English mandatory.
