Position: Laminator Composite Prepreg Materials
Location: Switzerland (crossborder talents welcome).
We're looking for a highly experienced laminator starting July 1st, 2025, for a temporary assignment running at least until December 2025.
There is a chance it may continue beyond January 2026, but that cannot be guaranteed yet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with Prepreg and Composite materials for various projects in automotive, airospace, airplanes, yachts etc
* Interpret and execute technical construction plans
* Accurate, clean and professional way of working, competent in dealing with the materials and working methods
Qualifikationen
Qualifications:
* Completed training in Laminating, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Model Builder, Carpenter, Joiner, Boat Builder).
* At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the Composite field
* Experience in vehicle components and industrial parts
* Prepreg lamination (reading technical drawings, preparing lamination tools, operating autoclaves)
* Experience in trimming and assembly is a plus but not mandatory
* Mainly single-shift work, though a two-shift model might be introduced later
* Ideally good German skills ( not a must have) but fluent English is a must
* Willingness to relocate to Switzerland for the duration (or hold a G-permit)
