Responsibilities
Actively clean and support the team in maintaining guest rooms and public areas – this is a hands-on role, not just supervision
Lead by example by working side-by-side with your team, ensuring efficiency and quality
Inspect rooms and public areas to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards
Assist in organizing daily housekeeping tasks and workflow to optimize productivity
Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff, ensuring high team morale
Manage linen and cleaning supply stock, ensuring availability and proper use
Respond to guest requests and housekeeping-related issues promptly
Your Profile
Experience in housekeeping or a similar leadership role
Hands-on mentality – willing to actively participate in cleaning and supporting the team
Structured and independent way of working, with a strong sense of responsibility
Team player with excellent communication skills, able to lead and motivate others
Good German or English skills, additional languages are a plus
