In our dynamic team X Systems & Infrastructure division, we are looking for an Engineer (Identity).Job descriptionAs an ICT Engineer within the SaaS & EUC team, you contribute directly to the stability of our services by supporting our Engineering and Service Management teams. This position entails ensuring that our SLA commitments are met. You will provide 2nd level support and advise companies and divisions across the Group (in Switzerland and globally). Your responsibilities include problem analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification. Team X delivers robust and efficient solutions. Responsibilities will be:- Provide 2nd level support to internal and external customers.- Handle support cases end-to-end up to 2nd level, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.- Follow best practices and procedures for daily tasks.- Perform Incident, Release, Change, Capacity, and Problem Management to ITIL standards.- Set up, maintain, and support systems infrastructure.- Monitor systems and respond to alerts in case of incidents.- Ensure daily management of root services: On-premise & Cloud Identity Systems, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Authority services, and DNS.Requirements:- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.- Customer and solution-oriented with a positive attitude in a team environment.- Proactive in task execution and continuous learning.- Solid interpersonal skills, focusing on active listening and understanding requirements.- Bachelor’s, Master's, ES degree or equivalent in IT.- 2-4 years of professional experience in IT support or a related field.- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA) are an asset.- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies and infrastructure services.- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and tasks.- Knowledge of additional Microsoft products is an advantage.- Competence in key technology domains, ideally supported by technologies such as: - Active Directory on-prem services & Entra ID (Azure AD) - Azure DNS & Azure subscriptions - Privileged Access Management (PAM) - Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) / Authority services.You’re missing one or two skills in the list but eager to learn?
