Responsibilities
* Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments.
* Develop technical architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data flows, and integration patterns.
* Define and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
* Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
* Oversee the implementation of infrastructure solutions to ensure alignment with approved designs.
* Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure platforms.
* Ensure solutions support disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability requirements.
Technical Leadership
* Lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives for new technologies.
* Review and approve technical designs from engineering teams.
* Serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Strategic Planning
* Collaborate with Infrastructure and Operations leadership to develop long‑term technology roadmaps.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation strategies.
* Conduct feasibility studies and cost‑benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
* Align infrastructure architecture with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Partner with Application Development, Security, and Business Unit teams to understand requirements.
* Present architecture proposals and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Facilitate architecture review boards and technical design sessions.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, operations, or systems engineering roles, with at least 3+ years in solutions or technical architecture positions.
* Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise‑scale infrastructure solutions.
* Deep expertise in cloud platforms and cloud‑native architectures.
* Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
* Solid understanding of networking concepts and storage technologies.
* Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and monitoring/observability tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
* Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles and implementation.
* Interest in Artificial Intelligence and enthusiasm for exploring how to integrate AI capabilities into infrastructure solutions.
* Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
* Active participation in technology communities or contributions to open‑source projects.
Compensation & Benefits
* 12‑month contract with likelihood of extension up to five years.
* Opportunity to work in a diverse and international environment on a long‑term basis.
* 50% working from home; 20 days working remotely from abroad per year.
