Proclinical is seeking a Lab Analytical Scientist to support analytical activities for clinical development and process validation stage products. This role focuses on method suitability assessment, validation, verification, and transfer in alignment with GMP ICH guidelines and quality systems. The position requires strong expertise in physical and chemical technologies, with an emphasis on pharmacopeia requirements and global alignment.

Responsibilities
* Promote technical innovation, scientific understanding, and best practices.
* Design and execute experiments, interpret results, and review data for physical and chemical techniques.
* Prepare validation and transfer protocols, reports, and procedures for test methods.
* Collect and evaluate scientific data to draw informed conclusions.
* Summarize and communicate high-quality information to customers and team members.
* Provide troubleshooting and training support for analytical methods and instruments.
* Collaborate on laboratory process optimization and implement corrective measures.
* Lead laboratory investigations, change requests, and CAPA implementation.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert for physical and chemical techniques.
* Coordinate project tasks related to the Analytical Science team.
Key Skills and Requirements
* Full-time, on-site presence is required.
* Business-fluent English; German is a plus.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including GMP, method transfer, and validation.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
* Proficiency in tools such as LIMS, Trackwise, and DMS.
* Strong soft skills, including flexibility, critical thinking, customer service, and communication.
