We are looking for an inspiring team leader who can bring strategic vision, energy, and entrepreneurial spirit to elevate our Lubricants Business Unit.
Your Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop your team both technically and personally, fostering growth and trust.
2. Work with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for the business unit.
3. Manage strategic partnerships and seek new collaborations for sustainable growth.
4. Create growth strategies and monitor KPIs such as revenue and trading profit.
5. Take full responsibility for budget, marketing, and sales activities within the business unit.
6. Maintain and expand key accounts, acquire new customers and projects to strengthen our business.
7. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies effectively.
8. Collaborate closely with technical teams, sales support, product management, and marketing for optimal customer experience.
9. Think cross-departmentally, identify opportunities, and leverage them for upselling and cross-selling.
10. Spend approximately 50–70% of your time traveling, engaging directly with the market and customers.
Your Skills and Experience
1. Technical education complemented by business training and experience in key account management.
2. Proven leadership skills with clarity, energy, and empathy; talent development and trust-building abilities.
3. Strong sales personality with a passion for sustainable business growth.
4. Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic analysis, and well-developed sales strategies.
5. Excellent communication skills; confident in engaging at all levels and conveying ideas convincingly.
6. Positive energy, innovative mindset, and proactive attitude to drive initiatives with enthusiasm.
7. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
8. Fluent in German and English.
