Job description In your role, you will be responsible for: Team management: Ensuring effective communication of relevant information, both to management and to the teams. Organizing and planning work while motivating teams to meet their objectives, encourage, animate and support the development and versatility of staff, creating a positive and stimulating work environment while proactively managing potential conflicts. Guiding and training staff on best practices to ensure the quality of work and techniques. Actively participating in recruitment as well as onboarding new hires in collaboration with the Human Resources department. Conducting annual reviews and supporting staff in their professional development. Management of processes and maintenance: Supervising galvanoplasty, anodizing, and PVD processes, ensuring smooth operation. Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment to guarantee their proper functioning. Regularly analyzing production equipment and galvanoplasty baths to ensure compliance with standards. Checking the quality of coatings obtained (thickness, adhesion, visual appearance) to meet quality requirements. Quality management: Ensuring strict adherence to processes and quality standards. Analyzing scrap and rework, identifying potential causes. Proposing and implementing corrective actions to improve existing processes and supervising self-monitoring practices within the teams. Profile A degree in metallurgical engineering or specialization in a related field. Experience as a galvanoplasty manager or technician in surface treatment. Mastery of galvanoplasty processes and surface treatments. Ability to read and interpret technical plans. Knowledge of safety and environmental standards related to products. Required skills Team management and detail-oriented, especially for quality control. A team player with management ease and a proactive mindset.
