EHS Supervisor (m/f/d) – 100%
Location: Mezzovico (TI), Switzerland
Type of contract: Permanent employment
Start date: In alignment with the candidate’s availabilities
Travels: Weekly travels to Raron (VS), Switzerland
Responsibilities
* Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies, programs, permits, and compliance documentation.
* Lead, develop, and support teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in EHS performance.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, including reporting and record‑keeping.
* Build strong relationships with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to support compliance and continuous improvement.
* Deliver EHS training programs and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of applicable regulations.
* Collaborate with plant leadership and functional teams to drive EHS performance and support operational goals.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of relevant EHS experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
* Fluency in Italian and English; German would be an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
* Strong understanding of logistics operations, regulatory requirements, and global customs/tax frameworks.
* Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience with business analytics and optimization.
* Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive productivity or cost‑reduction improvements.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
