Administrative Assistant and Customer Advisor 60% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone or on site at the branch
- Customer service (appointments and walk-in customers)
- Creation and assistance with workshop order planning
- Entry of delivery notes and assistance with invoicing of workshop orders
- Various administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Initial/continuing commercial training
- Fluency in written and spoken French
- Team spirit, communication skills and open-mindedness
- Category B driving licence appreciated
