In addition to team management, you will be in charge of sales and will ensure customer contact.Tasks:- Be responsible for the boutique's turnover and the achievement of sales objectives.- Optimize sales and operations in line with the commitments and objectives set by the company.- Manage personnel: recruitment, training, as well as schedules and leave.- Advise and sell products, while guaranteeing quality customer service.- As a representative of the brands: manage local external relations, acquire and retain customers.- Manage and monitor stock, participate in inventories.- Ensure the proper functioning of the sales area: management of window displays, opening/closing of cash registers, and maintenance of cleanliness.ProfileYou have a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in retail or any other equivalent qualification. Experience in the watchmaking field is strongly desired.
