In order to strengthen our financial team, we are looking for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be able to ensure the complete management of accounting and contribute to the reliability of financial reporting. You will assist the Accounting Manager by ensuring the recording of transactions, monitoring third-party accounts, as well as participating in periodic closings and the preparation of financial statements.Senior AccountantYour main responsibilities:Accounting Management:- Record and validate accounting transactions (sales, cash, banking)- Ensure follow-up of accounts and calculate depreciation- Post provisions and ensure compliance of accounting documents with current internal proceduresBank Reconciliations and Accounts:- Perform reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations and subsidiary accounting (suppliers and customers)- Justify discrepancies and regularize outstanding entriesParticipation in tax and social account management:- Prepare, submit, and monitor tax and VAT returns- Manage third-party accounts and resolve disputes- Participate in requests from tax and social authoritiesAccounting and financial closings:- Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Provisions, Banks…)Continuous Improvement:- Propose improvements to accounting/financial processes- Contribute to strengthening our internal controls- Maintain financial documentation and records for the smooth functioning of financial tools (NAV, Rydoo, GED, Jedox…)Your profile:- Federal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent- Proven experience in a similar position, including accounting and tax closings and monitoring third-party accounts- Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting standards- Good mastery of Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions)- Proficiency in Navision and knowledge of German is an asset- Strong analytical skills and confidentiality- Autonomy and team spirit jid8153bdeaen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
