Job Description
The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies for The Woodward, Auberge Resorts Collection. This role manages the overall marketing strategy, drives social media, public relations, partnerships, digital and e-commerce efforts, ensuring all communications align with the property's positioning. Additionally, the role supports communication strategies for partnerships, sponsorships, and unique experiences, working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Auberge Resorts Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, quick to learn new systems, adaptable to changing priorities, and eager to work in a dynamic environment.
* Drive awareness and revenue for the hotel—covering rooms, F&B, spa, and experiences
* Collaborate with property leaders and DOSM on local marketing strategies to support F&B outlets and spa
* Partner with the DOSM, marketing, and PR teams to create global brand partnerships and unique experiences
* Create compelling, story-driven property collateral
* Coordinate with the PR team and other stakeholders to execute PR strategies
* Support sales efforts with high-quality collateral
* Oversee social media strategies for the hotel and F&B accounts
* Manage assets and oversee email marketing planning and execution
* Lead website management, including content, imagery, and video selection
* Coordinate digital marketing creative assets with the digital team
* Adapt and implement the hotel marketing plan as needed
* Assist in preparing reports and presentations for owners and stakeholders
* Support onboarding of on-property team members
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in luxury or design-related marketing, social media, or PR
* Deep understanding of luxury style, design, and branding nuances
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Collaborative mindset with strong influencing skills
* Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented
* Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
* Fluent in English and ideally in French
