About the role
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and teaching theoretical and practical instructions for aircraft maintenance personnel, pilots (Ground theory), and specialists according to EASA Part 147/66 and EASA Part FCL regulations.
Developing and delivering technical training for Pilatus internal staff.
Creating and updating customer-specific course documentation and exams.
Producing, implementing, and updating technical teaching materials.
Supporting the training environment, such as updating hands-on parts, software, and hardware.
Qualifications
Licensed Aircraft Avionic (B2) engineer.
Minimum of 3 years experience as an aircraft avionic engineer or technical instructor.
Basic pedagogical and didactical skills, with a passion for teaching.
PPL or CPL license is an advantage.
German language proficiency at minimum Level C1 and English at Level B2.
Willingness to travel globally for training courses.
