Poderm products are available online and offline in pharmacies/parapharmacies and with healthcare professionals. As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a marketing & B2B project manager to deploy and manage B2B marketing actions targeted at podiatrists and in line with the brand under the supervision of the senior trade & HCP marketing project manager.MISSIONS1. Events & exhibitions: Organize and manage professional trade shows in France and associated stocks and materials (stand, offers, order forms) with internal teams (supply, creative, and sales teams).2. Development of B2B tools & materials: Design and update professional materials (posters, advice sheets, flyers…). Manage the process from internal references to ERP. Manage stock and restocking of tools, prescription kits, and goodies for professionals.3. Development of B2B channels: Define and deploy the newsletter plan (FR & EN) with the agency and the internal team (briefing, translation, and management of digital B2B campaigns (Google Ads/Meta). Manage the Pro Space (pharma & podo): content, launches, agencies. Contribute to the development of the Poderm Academy (shooting, content, structure). Execute client plans (wholesalers, groups) with associated materials (print, newsletters, press inserts, sampling campaigns).4. Management & monitoring: Serve as the marketing contact for B2B projects with the Trade & B2B marketing manager. Support pharmacy projects. Monthly budget tracking (including field follow-up & competition with the help of medical sales representatives). Synthesize plans for podiatrists, client campaigns, newsletters, and trade shows.PROFILEWith a degree in marketing, you have a minimum of 2 years of successful experience in trade marketing, ideally in the health or cosmetics field. Strong project management skills, ability to work in a team, and a proactive sense of responsibility are essential. You are autonomous, possess excellent written communication skills, and are fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
