Job Description For our esteemed client in the insurance brokerage sector, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to bolster their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless client service and efficient sales operations.
Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and processing insurance applications.
Provide administrative support, including preparing quotes, contracts, and reports.
Communicate with insurance providers to ensure smooth policy issuance and updates.
Handle client inquiries and provide prompt and professional support.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Qualifications Registered with FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority).
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales support within the insurance industry.
English level B2 (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
