What To Expect
Starting in
May or June 2026
, you’ll join JTI Dagmersellen as a P&C Summer Intern and gain hands‑on experience behind the scenes of our People & Culture (P&C) function, with a specific focus on Rewards.
Your Tasks – What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll get hands-on experience across core P&C operations, including

Own the Time Tool manage our time & attendance system (Timetool) and support employees with questions
Go-to contact for time tracking be the first point of contact for everything related to working hours and absences
HR admin in real life support day‑to‑day HR administration including EO registrations, child allowance topics, and employee requests
Payroll support assist with monthly payroll processes and learn how it works behind the scenes
SAP exposure work with P&C data in SAP and gain insights into core P&C systems
Rewards projects support global and local projects in the Rewards area (compensation & benefits)
Day-to-day P&C business collaborate with experienced P&C colleagues and contribute to ongoing improvements and projects
