YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Sustainability, Risk & Compliance Specialist to ensure the integration of ESG principles, compliance requirements, and regulatory risk management across our organization. You will play a key role in implementing and monitoring supplier compliance and responsible sourcing practices, supporting risk assessments within the supply chain, and coordinating audits and certifications. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, Risk & Compliance, you will contribute to non-financial reporting and ensure alignment with Group policies and best practices in the luxury and watchmaking industry.
PLAYING YOUR PART
You will:
* Drive supplier compliance by implementing and monitoring internal policies related to ethics, human rights, anti-corruption, and responsible sourcing. This includes supplier profiles management in the company ERP.
* Support supplier risk assessments, due diligence processes, and traceability efforts for precious raw materials and conflict minerals.
* Coordinate internal and external audits related to compliance and sustainability, with a focus on RJC COP & COC standards.
* Monitor regulatory changes and support the implementation of PTC (Product Traceability & Compliance) requirements across relevant departments.
* Contribute to the improvement of non-financial reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and accountability.
* Support the evolution of our Maison's sustainability and compliance governance framework, fostering a culture of integrity and responsibility.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require:
* A Master's degree in business administration, risk management, law, or a related field, with solid knowledge of ESG topics.
* 5+ years of experience in sustainability, risk management, and compliance, including audit, ESG risks, and RJC/ISO standards and certifications.
* Understanding of international regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
* Proven track record in cross-functional risk and sustainability positions, managing multi-stakeholder projects.
* Strong data management (including SAP suite), reporting, and analytical skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Good command of French and English.
* Demonstrated integrity, analytical thinking, drive, and collaboration skills.
