Your Role:
* Manage Level 1 and 2 IT Support Requests
* Troubleshoot Incidents and Resolve Issues
* Utilize Ticketing Tools to Track and Manage Incidents
* Prepare Software and Hardware for New Employees' Onboarding
* Configure Visio Conference Rooms for Efficient Meetings
* Prioritize and Deliver VIP Support with a High Level of Satisfaction
Required Skills:
* Minimum 1 Year of Experience in IT Support, Preferably in an International Environment
* In-Depth Knowledge of Microsoft Environments and Ecosystems
* Hands-On Experience with M365 and O365 Tools and Solutions
Profile Requirements:
* Academic Background in Information Technology or a Related Field
* Excellent Soft Skills, Including Communication, Teamwork, and Problem-Solving
* Proficient Level of English and French Languages
* Preferred Location: Geneva Canton or Surrounding Areas
