Position And Responsibilities
* Welcoming and taking care of customers, suppliers and other visitors
* Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
* Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
* Organization of hotel accommodation and car rental for customers including invoice verification
* Taking care of customer offices (planning, organizing cleaning staff, looking for the buffet with fruits and sweeties)
* Administrative organization of aircraft arrival and departure, flightops
* Operating the switchboard
* Management and supervision of lunch meetings (ordering, serve, clear away, etc.)
* Administration and organization of meeting rooms (reservations, cleanliness etc.)
* Concierge service
* General administrative tasks
Required Skills And Qualifications
* Several years of administrative experience
* Fluent in English and French (spoken and written), german would be an advantage
* Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
* Open, communicative, flexible and service-oriented personality
* Representative appearance and discretion
* Experience in aviation environment would be an advantage
