Your mission
* Lead the firmware engineering process for the industrialization of products.
* Collaborate during the research and development stage with the Robotics department to review, co-design, and test products.
* Support the production team to ensure seamless firmware industrialization.
* Synchronize with each team to enhance product quality, performance, and deployment.
* Ensure continuous improvement of existing products.
* Write and review quality control procedures related to firmware.
* Oversee product firmware maintenance.
* Manage processes and ensure timely completion with thorough documentation.
* Conduct feasibility studies for firmware development and maintenance tasks.
* Drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of quality and maintainability.
* Contribute to a customer-focused, solution-oriented workplace culture.
Your profile
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C / C++ embedded firmware development.
* Solid educational background in engineering.
* Expertise in embedded Linux for ARM platforms.
* Experience in designing and profiling real-time, bare-metal applications.
* Familiarity with MCU programming tools, low-level libraries, and real-time operating systems.
* Experience developing sensor drivers.
* Knowledge of automated testing and CI / CD practices.
* Quality-focused with strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required, French is advantageous.
* Solution-oriented, rigorous, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player.
