Join Us as Director of Style at the First Alpine W Hotel in Switzerland! You will report directly to the Director of rooms and be at the heart of our brand's vibrant presence within the team.

Responsibilities
* Drive the organization of the Style department, managing talent schedules, hotel cleaning plans, inventory, cost tracking, brand standards adherence, and team training and development.
* Ensure rooms, public spaces, and the core of the hotel are impeccably maintained to meet the high standards of the W brand.
* Collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver the exceptional W experience to guests.
* Support the culture and operations of the Style department as a cornerstone of the hotel’s service delivery.
Required Skills & Knowledge
* Solid experience in managing a housekeeping department in a 5-star hotel or resort.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong team spirit with a passion for attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Strong management skills.
* A genuine interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.
* A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* Starting in July.
