Role, Function and Manager
Manager and key account contact, consultant, project manager
Your manager: Head of Healthcare IT Solutions & Services (Member of the Executive Board)
Main responsibilities
Build and grow the key account organisation, with the opportunity to lead a team
Management of top 3 clients, including C-level
Executives Strategic and long term development of clients and exploration of growth potential in collaboration with the sales team
Main contact between customers and internal teams (product management, sales, software development, training team)
Leading implementation and expansion projects
Requirements management, consulting, scoping, solution proposals, risk analysis of enterprise solutions.
Requirements Profile
Experience in:
Management of key accounts
Consulting and implementation of enterprise solutions
Agile project methods
Healthcare (an advantage, not a requirement)
More of a hands-on type than an administrator
Negotiation skills in German and good English; French is an advantage
