Our local product group Insulation & Components is the technology leader in design and manufacture of high voltage transformer bushings. All renowned international companies of the electrical industry, active in power generation, transmission and distribution are among our customers. We have a top position in the high voltage bushing areas worldwide.
How you'll make an impact
* Lead and develop production planning‑and operational purchasing team
* Develop and maintain the master production schedule with Production Planners and analyze production capacity
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for scheduling data
* Establish accurate delivery dates with Fulfillment team
* Ensure MRP exception messages are read and managed
* Incorporate demand forecasts into scheduling and establish and track KPI's for master plan adherence
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
* As People Manager, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines
Your background
* Degree in Engineering, Business Administrations, Supply Chain Management or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning & Fulfillment, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management, in a leadership position
* Strong analytical skills to assess production capacity and inventory levels
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders
* Very good German and English skills
