HR Business Partner Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle in Switzerland and coordinating global transformations. You will partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and support them through HR initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage employee relations and provide expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and employment law compliance.
* Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
* Lead organizational change and development initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in supporting senior leaders.
* Familiarity with matrix organizations and international teams.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent German and English language proficiency.
