The successful candidate will play a key role in raising capital across alternative strategies, including hedge funds, private debt, private markets and potentially real assets. Description Investor coverage & origination * Develop and manage senior relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private banks and distribution partners * Originate new investor relationships through an established personal network Capital raising & execution * Drive fundraising efforts across alternative strategies (hedge funds, private debt, private markets, etc.) * Lead the full process from initial engagement to closing commitments Investor targeting & strategy * Identify investor needs, mandates and allocation strategies * Position investment solutions effectively based on investor profiles Pipeline management * Generate and advance leads, ensuring strong pipeline discipline * Maintain accurate reporting and tracking through CRM tools Collaboration & product alignment * Work closely with internal investment teams and product specialists * Coordinate due diligence processes and investor presentations Distributor & partner management * Identify and manage relationships with placement agents and distribution channels * Expand reach through third-party partnerships where relevant Market positioning * Represent the firm at industry events and conferences * Provide market feedback to support product development and positioning Profile * 15 years of experience in capital raising, institutional sales or investor relations * Proven track record of raising capital across alternative investments * *(hedge funds, private debt, private equity, real assets or similar)* * Strong and active network across institutional allocators, family offices and wealth channels * Ability to operate in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment A background in real estate fundraising / real assets may also be considered if combined with broader alternatives exposure. * Strong origination, negotiation and closing capabilities * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Strategic mindset combined with strong execution * High level of autonomy and ownership * French and English mandatory; Spanish a plus Job Offer * Opportunity to join a growing and dynamic investment platform * High-impact role with direct influence on capital raising strategy * Entrepreneurial environment with strong autonomy * Competitive compensation aligned with performance
