We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Wealth Management and deep hands-on experience with Temenos Triple'A. The role involves acting as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of functional and system enhancements within a complex banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders and system integrators
* Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications
* Draft, clarify, and validate requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog
* Contribute to the definition and evolution of the Target Operating Model (TOM)
* Support functional enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
* Participate actively in testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and testing outcomes
Profil
* Strong expertise in Wealth Management, financial instruments, and order lifecycle management
* Solid experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services environments
* Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with SIT/UAT coordination and test case validation
