Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and execute strategies to expand VT Markets' client base. Responsibilities include generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify new leads and develop innovative ways to grow our business within the FX industry.
Expand our network of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
Maintain contact with clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Build and manage your own client portfolio.
Follow up on queries and provide prompt feedback to clients.
Achieve and surpass monthly targets.
Training and support will be provided.
Experience and Qualifications:
A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD sales or account management is mandatory.
Excellent oral and written English skills.
Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in German and English.
Access to personal devices suitable for remote work is required.
