You will be responsible for:
Working on CLS (Continuous Linked Settlement) processing within UBS
Monitoring system and notification flows (between CLS Bank and UBS)
Processing time-critical payments in the CLS and specialized services area
Customer support activities related to CLS Business
Telephone contact with stakeholders (e.g., internal FX operations, external banks, CLS third parties)
Managing liquidity cases in collaboration with Credit Risk
Coordinating with internal stakeholders across front to back processes
Investigating Trades & Payments
Generating reports (Nostro Agents, Cash & Trading)
Your team
CLS is the world leader in FX Settlement solutions. Our Settlement services empower client success by reducing risk, improving efficiency, and increasing liquidity. You will work in the CLS Services department in Opfikon with a team of eight members who have strong expertise and are happy to support you during your initial months.

Your experience and skills
Strong team spirit and flexibility to adapt working hours to team needs
Proactive, customer- and goal-oriented, self-responsible, with a risk-conscious approach
Customer service experience and good IT affinity
Basic knowledge of relevant banking regulations
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex links and numbers; fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation between CET 05:30 and 24:00
Willingness to work occasionally on public holidays
