To strengthen our ‚ITOT TechOps Team,‘ we are looking for an ITOT Systems Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for first-level support of our IT systems (laboratory production) and will work closely with our local and global partner organizations and customers. br/The ideal candidate: We are looking for someone with completed training in IT/computer science and sound knowledge of Windows operating systems, network technologies, and virtualization techniques, ideally complemented by experience in supporting systems, applications, and infrastructures in laboratory or production environments. br/The ideal candidate also brings practical experience with backup and imaging solutions as well as in IT service management and is fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
