Tasks
 * Support the end-to-end implementation (E2E) of Risk and Regulatory Change the Bank (CtB) projects
 * Conduct analysis of existing processes, systems, and regulatory requirements
 * Prepare and document requirement specifications (business and technical)
 * Develop and assess solution concepts in close collaboration with relevant teams.
 * Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders, including internal functions, IT, and external partner.
 * Plan and execute testing activities (e.g. UAT, regression testing) to ensure compliance and functionality
 * Support the rollout of new or enhanced solutions across the organization
 * Focus on regulatory and reporting requirements related to trading, execution, and Markets activities
 * Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle
Requirements
 * Relevant higher educational and professional background with at least 5-7 years' experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager in a comparable banking setup
 * Prior experience in Markets regulatory implementations (including reporting obligations) required by MiFIR, Finfrag, EMIR, SEC, FCA etc.
 * Good grasp of products and trading systems/ processes in the global private banking context
 * IT flair and understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery model within the financial sector
 * Strong command over MS Office and project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA et

 * Able to work independently in a global team setup and take ownership of initiatives, with a highly motivated and positive attitude
 * Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
 * Multi-tasking capabilities, good communication/ coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders
