* You accompany customers on their way to digitization. This includes the recording of the current situation, the development of solutions and the creation of concepts for implementation
* You implement our solutions for customers in the public and private sector
* You plan, manage and lead customer projects according to deliverables, deadlines, costs, quality and risks, create status reports, identify deviations and are responsible for monitoring and reporting risks and opportunities
* You analyze customer needs and derive the required business processes from them
* You moderate workshops and conduct trainings

This Is Your Profile
* You have a university degree (preferably in computer science, business informatics, information science or comparable) and are very interested in and enjoy working for customers in the digital environment.
* You already have several years of experience in managing IT projects
* You have basic knowledge in the areas of business administration, records management and digital file management
* Ideally, you already have knowledge of the Hermes project management method (certification is an advantage) and are familiar with agile procedures (e.g. SCRUM).
* Your high customer orientation, independent and responsible work as well as analytical and conceptual skills complete your profile
* You are familiar with common tools such as Jira and Confluence and have experience working with agile teams
* You have a good command of written and spoken German, a good command of written and spoken French, English skills are an advantage
