Responsibilities
* Assemble aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000 & CFM56)
* Technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with regulations
* Deliver assigned work on time and to high quality standards
* Apply Lean methods and support continuous process improvement
* Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility
* Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness
Your Profile
* Completed vocational training, ideally as polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic
* Independent, precise, and responsible working style
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Physically fit, resilient, and flexible
* High sense of responsibility and self-motivation
* Good English and German skills
* Work in a 2-shift system
