The Opportunity
In this role, you will enable business continuity and provide operational support in managing and developing Top Accounts by maintaining databases and processes, providing necessary reporting, and communicating with all involved parties such as Field Supervisors, Commercial, Demand Planning, Retail, and Marketing.
What you'll get to do
Ordering
* Execute Stock Allocation authorized by Demand Planning efficiently. Control quota depletion with penalties (TR sets, Xmas Sets, GWP, Samples, PSE). Rebalance within the area between customers if needed.
* Submit Exceptional Management orders following the procedure.
Tech Data Management
* Support KAM/SAM with the Pricing Tool (create pricelist, implement in G2N).
* Prepare and submit files for assortment management, novelty launches, product info, repacks, and pricing following the client’s format (Data Pool).
* Assist KAM/SAM with Cluster implementation for the client and fields.
Analytics/Reporting/Data
* Provide weekly sell-in reports and consolidate data for the area, finalize monthly sell-in reports.
* Assist in obtaining accurate sell-out data from clients and prepare monthly reporting templates.
* Support data exports for business reviews, launches, and meetings.
* Track weekly Heisight forecast vs. actual orders.
* Prepare Monthly Activity Plans, distribute, and monitor execution status from Field Supervisors.
Novelties/Business Development
* Provide media materials (Pack Shots, etc.) for clients.
* Assist with catalogs, marketing materials, and event participation for new launches.
* Support POSM ordering.
Temporary Animations
* Coordinate with Field Supervisors across Europe on Animation and Launch Plans.
* Compile investment reports on promotional activities (staff, rentals, decoration, GWP, sampling).
* Analyze sales and ROI of marketing activities, supporting next year’s planning.
* Follow up on invoicing and budget for animations and promotions.
Digital
* Work with stakeholders to ensure PUIG brands are properly featured on travel retailers’ websites.
* Maintain product descriptions and images online.
* Inspect landing pages and user experience details.
* Assist with digital marketing decisions and online partnerships.
* Monitor brand presence and performance on travel retail websites.

Experience: First experience in luxury and/or fragrance industry preferred.
Education: Degree in Business Administration or similar.
Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

* Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and business systems (SAP, BIW).
