BOverview /bbr/br/pWe are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join a mid-sized engineering organization within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. /ppYou will be responsible for delivering CapEx investment projects from early concept through to successful execution and handover. /ppThe role sits within an eperienced engineering team and offers the opportunity to contribute to both operational improvements and longer-term site development initiatives, including sustainability-focused projects. /p br/b Responsibilities /bbr/br/liLead and deliver engineering CapEx projects safely, on time, and within budget /liliManage the full project lifecycle, including concept development, planning, execution, commissioning support, and final handover /liliSupport and/or develop business cases to secure project funding and investment approval /liliEnsure full compliance with EHS standards, environmental regulations, and cGMP requirements, as well as internal engineering and quality procedures /liliCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, QA, EHS, Sustainability, and global technical teams /liliDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and execution strategies aligned with business needs /liliMonitor and control cost, schedule, quality, and risk, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues /liliDrive clear and structured communication across project teams and stakeholders /liliContribute to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency and decarbonization efforts where applicable /liliEnsure adherence to engineering standards, quality systems, and regulatory expectations throughout all project phases /li br/b Qualifications /bbr/br/liMinimum 5+ years of experience in project engineering within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry /liliProven experience delivering CapEx projects in GMP-regulated environments /liliStrong understanding of project management methodologies, engineering processes, and project execution principles /liliAbility to manage full lifecycle projects from initiation to handover /liliExperience working with structured project management tools and reporting systems /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific fieldbr/(Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or similar) /liliFluency in bGerman and English /b (written and spoken) /lipbPersonal Specification: /b /pliExcellent organizational skills with an ability to produce quality work and achieve project deadlines within budget /liliExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written) /liliExcellent commercial skills with the ability to manage projects to budget man-hours and commercial return targets /liliStrong work ethic /liliSelf-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business /liliA forward planner who identifies and resolves project issues /liliCritically assesses own performance and performance of others /liliProven experience in multiple project delivery /li
