Your key responsibilities
* Build trust and confidence through transparency and clarity.
* Report on the fairness of clients' audited financial statements.
* Report verification results to regulators (e.g., FINMA) on topics like AML, Corporate Governance, etc.
* Enhance client confidence and transparency to deliver high-quality audits.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have:
* A bachelor/master's degree in Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. Swiss university degree is a plus.
* Possession or nearing completion of a certified public accountant's diploma or equivalent (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.).
* 2-3 years of external audit experience; experience in a Big Four is advantageous.
* Experience with Swiss Regulatory audits is a strong asset.
* Excellent communication skills in French; English and German skills are strong assets; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, relationship-building, positivity, and resilience under pressure.
