It offers a demanding technical environment, strong autonomy, and a direct impact on service quality and profitability.Technical respondent for PAC 100%Mission:- Technical support for field technicians, primarily by phone- Technical support to customers: operational issues, advice, and remote assistance- Follow-up on complex technical cases and management of client issues- Analysis of warranty requests and decision making- Technical support for the resolution of complex cases and takeover of files in case of complications- Creation of quotation models and daily management of estimates- Selection, if necessary, search or sizing, and ordering of parts for technicians and internal tools- Follow-up and coordination with external partners (refrigeration, technical, etc.), and manage internal repetitions- Technological watch on PAC systems and market developments- Management of tool stock and documents for the technical team and analysis of new maintenance concepts: risk analysis, price definition, market monitoring, annual analysis of failures and aging of machines, profitability tracking- Technical support for technical salespeople on complex refurbishmentsBasic profile in refrigeration, electrical, and hydraulic techniques (other areas as a supplement appreciated). Certificate as a specialist in thermal systems is an advantage. Proven experience as a service technician, refrigeration repair technician, technical office manager, or technical respondent. Very good communication and writing skills. Comfortable with: MS Office, basic networking (IP, SIM cards, supplier accounts), French - native or excellent knowledge. German - minimum B1 level, X 1. Strong autonomy and customer service sense. Rigor, analytical capacity, and structured mind.
