ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the global legal and compliance strategy aligned with business objectives.Advise executive leadership on legal risks, compliance obligations, and governance matters.Lead and develop a high-performing legal and compliance team.Oversee governance and entity management, including board/committee support, subsidiaries, and statutory filings.Provide legal guidance on strategic transactions and M&A, including intercompany agreements and high-value deals.Advise on HR/employment law, workforce governance, and policy development.Ensure compliance in corporate services contracts (Finance, IT, HR).Negotiate and manage complex commercial contracts (BPO, BCV, SaaS, NDAs).Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR) and manage employee data privacy.Oversee dispute resolution and client conflict management.Design and monitor compliance programs, including Code of Conduct and risk management frameworks.Drive ethics and integrity initiatives: whistleblowing, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, and investigations.Report compliance status and risks to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.Qualifications & SkillsLaw degree and bar admission; additional compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP) preferred.10+ years of experience in legal and compliance leadership roles, ideally in multinational environments.Expertise in corporate governance, commercial law, employment law, and data protection.Proven track record in managing compliance frameworks and ethics programs.Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, global context.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionLegalIndustriesBusiness Consulting and Services
