Key Responsibilities
* Carve-out Management: Lead and support procurement activities related to business carve-outs and divestments, including due diligence, planning, and execution.
* Vendor & Contract Management: Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Strategic Sourcing: Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability to drive value and efficiency.
* Cost Optimization: Analyze spend, identify savings opportunities, and implement improvement strategies.
* Risk Mitigation: Monitor supplier, contractual, and compliance risks, ensuring business continuity and alignment.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments such as IT, Finance, Legal, and Quality to support organizational goals.
* Reporting & Analytics: Develop KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable procurement insights.
* Policy Development: Support the creation and implementation of procurement standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s or certifications such as CIPS/CPSM preferred).
* Experience: 7–10 years in indirect procurement with 3–5 years focused on carve-outs or divestments.
* Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management expertise.
* Experience in procurement within a CDMO or manufacturing environment.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
* Technical Proficiency: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP/procurement systems.
