Tasks and Responsibilites:
1. Act as the first point of contact for end-users with IT-related issues and service requests
2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues ( Outlook, Windows)
3. Contribute actively to the knowledge base and documentation of best practices
4. Provide occasional meeting and conference support for executive staff
5. Communicate effectively with end-users to keep them informed on ticket status and resolution
6. Support and guide users in IT operations and common software tools
7. Escalate complex issues following internal procedures
8. Implement and support remote access solutions ( VPN)
Requirements
9. Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role (1st level)
10. Strong troubleshooting skills with Outlook, Windows OS, and general IT hardware/software
11. Solid knowledge of:
12. Windows 7 & 10
13. Microsoft Office & O365
14. PC/laptop hardware and peripherals (including printers)
15. Active Directory and Exchange
16. ITIL certification is a plus
17. Strong customer focus and passion for service quality
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
19. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
20. Friendly, flexible, and fast learner with a proactive mindset
21. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
22. Very good German and English skills
23. Very good Italian skills are considered a plus
24. Clean criminal record (certificate not older than 3 months is required)
