Base pay range
CHF95,000.00/yr - CHF115,000.00/yr
Role
In this role you independently manage complex projects in the Digital Marketing domain, developing cross‑channel performance‑optimization strategies. You analyze KPIs, derive actionable insights, and accurately implement data‑driven measures while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary stakeholders to maintain clarity amidst high dynamic conditions. You are responsible for designing and continuously evolving digital campaigns, focusing on efficiency and goal achievement, delivering measurable success and innovation in demanding marketing processes.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive first‑ to third‑line IT support, including hardware, software, and system administration.
* Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for internal users.
* Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure projects with a focus on Azure Cloud and related services.
* Participate actively in the deployment of IT solutions and the ongoing enhancement of existing infrastructure.
* Contribute cybersecurity improvements as part of the team.
* Help continuously optimize internal IT processes and support structures.
Qualifications
* Completed training in ICT or a comparable qualification with relevant IT experience.
* Proficiency in Active Directory management, group policies, and LAN/WLAN infrastructures.
* Experience with Windows client and server systems, Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Power Automate, and Endpoint Management).
* Secure handling of at least two scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, VBS, or SQL.
* Experience with virtualization technologies across various hardware platforms.
* Customer‑oriented mindset and a structured, resilient, solution‑oriented work style.
* Fluency in German.
