1. Oversight of Product Health through User Empathy, Data Analysis, and Competitive Insights

4. Cross-Ecosystem Collaboration for Cohesive Product Experience
Requirements and Qualifications
* At Least 3 Years of Experience as a Product Manager or Similar Role within Financial and Banking Industry
* Deep Understanding of Banking Scene, Competition Landscape, and Market Trends in Swiss Market
* Data-Driven Mindset with Experience in Tools like Tableau
* Excellent Communication and Storytelling Skills
* Innovative Problem-Solving and Entrepreneurial Spirit
* Fluency in English is Mandatory, Proficiency in French or German is a Plus
