To support ourResearch & Development Team in Cham, we are looking for amotivated young professionalto join us as aJunior Firmware Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career engineers who are passionate about embedded systems and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you will do:
* Contribute to the development of high-quality, maintainable, and optimized firmware for next-generation products
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to firmware architecture improvements
* Support testing, debugging, and programming tasks with custom tools
* Stay current with technology trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
What we are looking for:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* Initial hands-on experience in embedded software development using C++ and RTOS
* Familiarity with Python and C# is a plus
* Understanding of software design principles and patterns
* Interest in agile development and collaborative teamwork
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
