Responsibilities Handling and processing 1st and 2nd level support requests
Maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
Occasional on-site visits for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Supporting internal IT, including client management
Documentation
Qualifications Technical basic education (e.g., IT specialist) or related IT affinity
Experience in service desk and support request handling
Good knowledge of protocols and standards in switching and routing
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server infrastructures is desirable
Fluent in German and technical English
