Summary
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Accountant to manage the financial administration and multi-currency reporting for Randstad Finance GmbH, ensuring seamless intercompany matching and accurate global treasury operations.
Location & Working Conditions
* Primary Location: This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
* Working Hours: Candidates must be available to work during Central European Time (CET) business hours to ensure close cooperation with the Treasury Front Office and global stakeholders.
* Team Structure: You will join a focused two-person Treasury Back Office team, reporting directly to the Head of Accounting Randstad Switzerland and the Controller Netherlands.
What You Will Achieve
As our Treasury Accountant, you will take ownership of the administration for Randstad Finance GmbH within a complex, multi-currency environment.
* Financial Integrity: Manage general and subledger accounting, ensuring the correct administration in Workday and precise reporting in Tagetik.
* Intercompany Excellence: Provide Group companies with critical monthly data regarding Intercompany Loans, Financial Current Accounts, Interest, and Usage Fees.
* Closing & Compliance: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, including intercompany matching and the drafting of Annual Statutory Accounts.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison for the Treasury Front Office, as well as external auditors from KPMG and PWC for tax and audit requirements.
What You Need to Succeed
* Experience: 4–5 years of accounting experience within an international or multinational environment; specific treasury experience is preferred.
* Education: A completed degree or formal education in Financial Accounting.
* Technical Skills: Professional proficiency in Workday (nice to have) and Tagetik (preferred). Advanced Excel skills, specifically with Macros and Formulas, are essential.
* Communication: Fluent in English (writing and conversation); German language skills are considered a distinct advantage.
* Mindset: A "hands-on" mentality combined with high accuracy, analytical thinking, and a collaborative team-player approach.
